HOUSE STEVENS

We designed this family home in January 2018. Construction started in April 2018 and was completed in December that year.

Our youthful retired client wanted an open plan easy living home that should predominantly be on one level. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom were to be separate from the two guest bedrooms.

The garage accommodates two vehicles and a motorcycle for Sunday morning cruises. For good traffic flow, the indoor living space seamlessly connects with the patio and swimming pool. We sought to maximise the views overlooking the grain fields, thereby enhancing the enjoyment of the entertainment space.
