ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS

We maximise the use of space, as well as ensure aesthetic appeal. When our conceptual designs are approved, we convert them to full council submission drawings.
CONVERSION TO DIGITAL DRAWINGS
Whether you have sketched your ideas on paper, or have hand-drawn plans, we’ll convert your work into digital drawings. By storing your work online, your work cannot be lost through fire, theft, mishandling or environmental degradation.
Online storage also makes it easy to remodel your design to meet your needs, prepare plans for council approval, tender or your builder. Your presentation is enhanced with layers and colour coding, and your drawing completeness can be checked. This could eliminate potential costly construction mistakes.
3D RENDERING
Keen to know how your home, residential development or other building will look before proceeding with the project? Based on the architectural designs or building plans, we can prepare 3D sketches or photo-realistic visualisations of the completed project.
The images show the colours, textures and materials used, as well as how the structure may appear in its setting. There is detail and depth, and we can add furniture and other design elements. This gives a clearer idea of what your building will look, as well as a sense of the size or scale.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
We can provide you with the technical documentation and/or the construction details needed for your project. These may include a detailed site plan, electrical, solar, gas and drainage layouts, topographical survey plan and building specifications detailing the materials to be used.
Documents can also be prepared to procure offers for the construction work. These may include tender drawings for information, a detailed specification document and documentation from engineers and other specialist consultants. There are also documents with site information, construction plan timelines and the contract agreement to appoint a contractor.
SUSTAINABILITY DESIGN AND CONSULTING
Many clients and builders are increasingly incorporating energy efficiency in their buildings. This saves energy, reduces waste, cuts down on greenhouse gas emissions and helps to conserve natural resources. It also reduces costs.
We incorporate energy efficiency in our designs as far as possible. We also consult with clients about improving the efficiency of existing buildings. Using sophisticated software, we analyse your major building systems, propose solutions to reduce energy usage and facilitate the changes.
BUILDING RESTORATION
With the skills to preserve and conserve historic buildings and monuments, we also offer a restoration service. Restoration prevents deterioration and restores historic buildings to their former glory.
When restoring a building to its original condition or improving it, we consider if the building can support modern amenities. We look at its integrity and may recommend adding new structural systems to strengthen the existing system with modern innovations. To maintain as much of the building as possible, we would strive to work in line with the original materials and craftmanship.
