Red Atlantic Architecture projects

We designed House Gericke in October 2020 for a young family, with an open plan living area for entertaining. This 320m² 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house will be built on a level property, surrounded by tall trees and established landscaping.

A specific request was for an outside shower on the first floor, stepping out from the main en-suite. All the living spaces on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first floor look out onto the lush garden.

Construction is starting in January 2021 and will be completed in August 2021.
