Our clients are a dynamic couple that specialise in building and selling properties as value for money opportunities for individuals or investors. Their one specific request was to have an open plan bathroom for the main bedroom.

When designing the project in November 2019, we sought to maximise the potential of the property. With a coverage footprint of only 72m² including the garage, the living space is open plan. This space connects seamlessly with the entertainment patio and pool.

Construction started in October 2020 and will be completed in April 2021.
